My First Attempts at Breadmaking

Have you ever made home-milled wheat bread? I buy a large bucket of whole grain wheat and mill it in a Wondermill, which turns it into flour. The reason for doing this is to keep all fiber and nutrients intact. And it is sooo delicious! Most people think that wheat bread is bitter, but if you select "white wheat", there is no bitterness.
